Wrapper

The wrapping machine is an automatic system to shrink wrap metallic lids in a shrinkable plastic film. The components are fed continuously into the machine where they are counted and separated into a stack, then they are picked up by a pick & place unit which places the stack on the plastic film to be wrapped.

The wrapper can be equipped with up to four independent lines so that the production speed can reach 2400 cpm.

These machines are made in collaboration with Pack System.
